Mods and Rockers fought on the beach in the 1960's and Brighton Pier was used as the setting for Graham  Greene's seminal novel " Brighton Rock " . Find out why the beaches and pier were closed during the Second World War and what Hitler's plan was for the Royal Pavilion.    

This tour is not wheelchair accessible and dogs are not allowed on the beach . Tickets are £8 and can be bought on the day using card or cash . Please sign up here as " going" rather than just " interested" so I know how many people to expect ?
