Originally from Mexico City, he has spent over a decade creating bold, story-driven imagery and stories across food, portrait, architecture, and documentary photography. Renowned in the food and hospitality world, he has worked with acclaimed chefs including Monica Galetti, Tom Aikens, and Douglas McMaster, as well as brands like Ridgeview Wine Estate, Brighton Gin, and Thames & Hudson. During the pandemic, Xavi expanded beyond hospitality, earning an MA in Documentary Photography and now explores human potential through portraiture, architecture, and personal branding creative work.
