In this 2-hour introductory workshop, Clare will introduce you to the idea of Stories as Medicine and how ‘re-storying’ can help you to see life anew and engage with your world differently.  An experienced facilitator, Clare will guide you through creative exercises to help you engage with your hidden stories, and explore new narratives about yourself.  Clare creates expansive, emergent spaces for new ideas, new ways of expressing ourselves and new possible stories.

In this workshop you will:

-Learn about the philosophy behind Stories as Medicine and ‘restorying’

-Practice ‘storying’ with objects and materials

-Discover practical, creative exercises to help uncover your stories

-Learn ways to imaginatively respond with and to stories

-Play with different kinds of stories, and discover new narratives about yourself!
