If we close our eyes and even imagine the sounds of a busy city street, our bodies tighten. When we imagine the sounds of a calm forest or body of water, our bodies relax. Sound is a powerful tool that we are only just beginning to understand with regards to wellness, but we can trust what our bodies tell us. Our bodies are always listening.

Can you remember hearing a tone or sound that struck a chord deep within your body and it felt good? This is resonance. Let's explore your resonance together with the help of the crystal singing bowls.

Join Stef Bourke, Alignment Coach and Sound explorer for this deeply restorative sound bath meditation. Participants will settle into nests of their own creation (props and yoga mats are provided) and will be led through a 75-minute blend of meditative guidance, spoken word, crystal bowls and voice.
Basic props are provided, but feel free to bring your own comfort items from home and a journal should you find you want to write things down.
