RINGS AND ROLLERS
Welcome to the class you didn’t know you needed. Rings and Rollers takes two deceptively simple props and turns them into a full-body adventure. Think sculpting, mobility, deep core activation and a whole lot of “holy crap, that works.”
The Pilates ring brings the heat with targeted strength work that lights up your inner thighs, glutes and core in seconds. The roller gives you length, mobility, stability challenges and those addictive release moments you feel all the way up your spine.
This class is playful, dynamic and seriously satisfying. One minute you’ll be shaking, the next minute you’ll be melting into the roller wondering why you don’t do this every day.
Expect strength. Expect release. Expect to walk out feeling taller, stronger and insanely refreshed.
