What to Expect:
Slip off your shoes, set down the car seat, and let out a big exhale -- you made it. You got yourself and baby out of the house to the cozy mama lounge at Whole Mama Michigan in Brighton. Here you will join a welcoming circle of other new mamas to share and learn together. You can feed, change, soothe, sway, cry, laugh, or all of the above, because the mama next to you is doing the same thing 🩷

Topics we'll cover:
-sleep, feeding, postpartum healing, relationships, identity, return to work, anxiety, 'is this normal?', and anything else that comes up. 

This group meets each Wednesday 1-2:30pm and is led by a rotating group of postpartum support professionals. Sign up for the full 6 week series or drop-in when your schedule allows (though we hear that having this on the calendar each week can serve as an anchor point and something moms look forward to).

Come for the support, stay for the community. We can’t wait to see you!
