Monthly Meditation Circle - August

An opportunity to experience both ancient and modern meditation techniques and explore the concept of mindfulness. Sessions include guided group meditation, time for sharing and reflecting on meditation experiences, and discussion on meditation themes in Buddhism, yoga, and modern mindfulness.

The aim of these sessions is to recognise the benefits of meditation and to explore new ways of integrating it into your daily life.
