This Integral Vinyasa Yoga class is live on Zoom every Monday evening with Revitalise.

You can expect sun or moon salutations, a creative sequence based on a theme and a restorative, mindful close to each practice. It's the perfect balance of dynamic movement and winding down for the evening.
