Join us on Sunday 16 November, 2–10pm, at the Hotel Pelirocco Brighton for a free anti-racism event that is all about unity, music & good vibes.
Now more than ever, we need unity over division and this day is about standing up to racism through community and music.
Featuring DJ Booker T, Lifford, Noushi, and local DJs along, guest speakers including Ansel Wong CBE. The event is supported by Brighton Music Conference and Brighton Stand Up To Racism.
We are delighted to welcome Ansel Wong CBE as a guest speaker. As a cultural leader, educator, and advocate for Caribbean arts and heritage in the UK for over five decades, Ansel has been instrumental in shaping British Carnival and championing the celebration of Black and Indo-Caribbean culture.
We are delighted to welcome Neelofer Razia, a poet and spoken word artist. Neelofer has performed on the BAFTA winning Life & Rhymes, The London Mela global local stage, and worked with BBC Asian Network, Eastern Eye newspaper and Clean Break Theatre Company.
