🌊⚡ Lancing Motor Show 2026: EV Coastline Weekender ⚡🌊
After more than doubling our footprint in 2025, we’re back with an even bigger vision: a two‑day EV celebration on the South coast.
This year, we’re planning to double, again! This time, up to 50 club spaces for electric cars, e-motorcycles, e-bikes, and a whole ‘Eclectic Electric Zone' of exhibits!

📅 Event Outline
Day 1 – Saturday 26 September 2026
🚗 Afternoon club meet & local sights: relaxed drives or visits to nearby attractions (details TBC).
🍽️ Evening social: group dinner with buffet/set menu options, plus overnight accommodation packages (hotel or camping).
🤝 Community focus: a chance for clubs from further afield to arrive early, unwind, and connect before the big show.
Day 2 – Sunday 27 September 2026
🚙 Morning convoy: coordinated arrival at Lancing Beach Green.
⚡ EV showcase: up to 50 spaces for clubs, exhibitors, and special guests.
🎶 Highlights: Synced Tesla light shows, V2L demos, converted classics, and new EV models.
🎪 Family‑friendly hub: Sussex EVs gazebo with hot drinks, cake, flags, and interactive exhibits.
🌈 Atmosphere: grassroots, welcoming, and packed with energy — the south coast’s biggest EV meet of the year.

🛏️ Weekend Package RSVP: Register interest in the full two‑day experience (includes overnight accommodation, Saturday dinner, and Sunday show entry).
🎫 Sunday Show‑Only RSVP: Reserve your space for the main display at Lancing Motor Show.
👉 RSVPs are open now to gauge interest. Once we know how many are keen on the full weekend package, we’ll confirm venues, catering, and accommodation, then release tickets to secure spaces.
Once you've RSVP'd - we will contact you as soon as the Official Club Ticket prices are confirmed and available to pre-book at Early Bird Discount rates. By then we will have arranged group rate discounts on accommodation, our Saturday plans & team dinner etc.
