Iyengar yoga - Beginners class

If you are a complete beginner to yoga or looking for a slower paced class, this is the class for you!

During the class we practice a range of poses that improve strength, flexibility and help to build stamina.

The poses taught in Iyengar Yoga can be adapted for people with injuries or limited mobility, using props including blocks, chairs and the wall.

Everyone is welcome to join!
We often have a cuppa after the class too :)
