Walk beside someone, swap stories, listen, laugh, or simply enjoy the fresh sea air and feel the magic of being around other women diagnosed with ADHD later in life.Our Walk & Talks are about creating genuine connections and reminding ourselves that none of us have to do life alone.Our Route-We’ll meet at 10:00am outside the main entrance to Brighton Palace Pier before setting off along the beautiful seafront towards Babble, Kingsway, Hove.We’ll stop at Babble for anyone who would like a coffee or drink,If you’d like to continue walking afterwards, you’re very welcome to join us for the return walk back towards the pier -but there’s absolutely no obligation.
