11:30 am : Doors open
12:00 pm : Opening circle
12:15 pm : Let's dance!
1:15 pm : Closing circle
A free-form movement practice. Come as you are! All are welcome. knowing how to dance is not a pre-requisite!
Please arrive no later than 12:00 pm as the opening circle is intended to create safety and connection.

Please, no alcohol, drugs or substances of any kind (including marijuana)
Please, no conversation on the dance floor as talking can be distracting and make it difficult to deeply connect with ourselves, each other and the music.
This is a safe and consent based space to dance. There will be a discussion regarding safe approaches to address the non-verbal cue of dancing (or declining) with another.
Please join us and tune into your body's own personal movement and expression.
