In Ayurveda, the summer brings us fiery Pitta energy - the fire element - either bringing us drive and confidence, or pushing into overwhelm and burn out.

Burn Bright is a nourishing 2-hour workshop designed to help you cool the excess heat of summer while reconnecting to your inner fire - your strength, confidence, vision and sense of direction.

Through cooling yoga, calming breathwork, guided meditation, empowering visualisation and reflective journalling, you’ll be invited to pause, reset and realign with what matters most to you.
