Lien completed her MSc in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy at Ghent University, followed by a PhD at the University of Antwerp, where her research explored risk factors for chronic dizziness after acute unilateral vestibulopathy. She has also contributed internationally as a Fulbright postdoctoral researcher at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore.

At the ACPIVR Conference, Lien will share key findings from her PhD, with a focus on the early assessment of visual dependence and psychological factors following acute unilateral vestibulopathy.
