As part of Running Lab's 15th Birthday Bash, we're putting your endurance to the test with the 24 Hour Strava Challenge.

The winner will receive:
• Two VIP entries to the Diplo Run Club 5K in Chicago on October 3, 2026 (travel and lodging not included) 
• Two Altra Party Packs
• Ultimate bragging rights as the Millpond Loop Local Legend

The challenge is simple: complete the Millpond Loop segment as many times as possible in a 24-hour period.

12:00 AM Sunday, June 28, 2026

11:59 PM Sunday, June 28, 2026

Rules:

1. All efforts must be completed on the official Millpond Loop Strava segment.

2. Participants may complete the segment as many times as they want during the challenge period.

3. The participant with the most recorded segment completions wins. Speed does not matter. Pace does not matter. Total completions are all that count.

4. Activities must be uploaded to Strava and set to Public visibility. Private activities cannot be verified and will not count.

5. Running and walking both count.

6. Activities must be recorded as a Run in Strava or on your GPS watch. Walking during a recorded run activity is allowed.

7. All efforts must follow the official route and direction shown on the segment map. Running the route backward, taking shortcuts, or leaving the designated route may prevent Strava from recognizing the effort.

8. Email a screenshot showing your total Millpond Loop segment completions to marketing@runninglabstore.com by 12:00 PM on Monday, June 29, 2026.

9. Follow all traffic laws, respect other trail users, and most importantly, have fun celebrating 15 years of Running Lab.
