What is STATE OF STRENGTH?

It’s a free weekly community event where are sharing our passion for movement, breath, fitness, and the ocean 🌊🏄‍♀️

Everyone is welcome, we believe that who you surround yourself with matters, and building a strong community is one of our highest values. We realized that this sense of connection was something we were both missing, and if we felt that way, we know many others do too. We’re here to share this experience with those who resonate with us.

A little backstory: both Anika and I have faced some of life’s darkest moments—through loss, love, trauma, and more. We’re not here to pretend that life is always easy; we acknowledge the struggles. The truth is, we are not defined by our hardships. Our challenges have shaped us into the women we are today, and we are proud of that. We made the choice to change and commit to a life filled with passion and purpose. Our mission is to encourage you to choose happiness and help YOU step into the best version of yourself because life is worth living. We want to create a space filled with authentic energy that empowers us all to grow.
