This is a unique creative event where you will learn the basics of strobe lighting and my goal is to facilitate your creativity. You are encouraged to get hands on, experiment with different lighting serts ups and modifiers, find out what works first hand. This is not a workshop where I set the lights up and just guide you through shooting as I would. You are encouraged to find your own style and I will support each photographer technically throughout!Each photographer is also offered 3 pro edits of the images they shoot ion the day to make sure that you get the very best out of your images on the day. Additional edits can be purchased and 1 2 1 editing tuition is also offered at a further cost. Agenda?: 09:30 AM - 10:00 AMIntroduction to the StudioInfo: An introduction in to how we use strobe lighting to create striking portraits. During this section you will also set up your cameras ready for the days shooting. If you use a mirrorless camera please make sure you have exposure preview facilities turned off. [ BUT we will deal with this on the day !!]?: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PMFirst SitterInfo: We will be joined by are first model and we will use variations of the first light set up with them. You will all have plenty of 121 time with the model and your images will be constantly appraised by me while I advise you one how to improve and work towards your final finished shots. I take great care in organising a diverse range of sitters for these workshops. Each sitter gives their time in exchange for some of your final images from the day for them to use as they see fit. They are usually drawn from creative fields, and we have artists, musicians, writers and the occasional model join us to make these events as creative as possible. You will also be encouraged to assist in each other creative process throughout the day, ensuring everyone gets plenty of hands on experience!?: 12:00 PM - 02:00 PMSecond SitterInfo: We will be joined by our second model and I will demonstrate a completely new lighting set up. You will all have 121 time the the sitter and be encourage to adjust the lighting to suit your own creative goals. Full technical support will be given throughout. During this time you will be encourage to take a 30 minute break for lunch. We rotate lunch to allow even more time with the modes attending on the day!?: 02:00 PM - 04:00 PMFinal SitterInfo: We will be joined by our final model and this time you will be encouraged to apply what you have learnt and take the lead in making your images. This last session is also an ideal time to have any ideas of your own facilitated by me as best as time allows. By the end of the day you should have some terrific folio and web content!
