Over the past six years, I have designed and delivered a wide range of art workshops, wellbeing sessions, and heritage-related projects, with a particular focus on using creativity as a tool for connection and self-expression.In my teaching, I combine my professional expertise with a gentle and inclusive approach, encouraging participants to progress at their own pace. I strongly believe in the transformative power of art and heritage to enhance wellbeing and deeply emphasise the joy of experimentation and discovery, rather than producing perfect results.Please be aware that by booking my workshops, you will automatically be added to my mailing list.
