Introduction to Essential Oils Workshop

We'll explore together how to use pure essential oils to support the wellness of your body and mind at home or in the workplace. I'll also weave in a little of the sacred starting with some wild orange or peppermint food-grade oil-infused cacao & oracle cards.

Whether you're drawn to using them for supporting the emotions physical ailments or spiritual work we'll dive into aromatic topical & internal use & much more!

I hold bi-monthly oils immersion workshops in Brighton which offer gorgeous sensory experiences where you can dive into all of this & more.

I warmly invite you to join me when you’ll not only learn a whole heap but also get to feeel the oils work as we:

*Try them on our skin (topical application)

*Inhale them (aromatic application)

*Sample them in food & drinks (internal application - food-grade)

We’ll talk when to use each application method and why as well as safety considerations.

Invariably conversations usually go deeper than this too depending on the group and areas of interest.

I also explain how to buy for those wanting to do so.
