Friendship Flow – Real Tools for Real Connections

Welcome to Friendship Flow, a workshop in Brighton & Hove for anyone who wants to make authentic connections, deepen existing friendships, and build meaningful relationships across all areas of life. Leave the apps and messaging behind and step into real connection where heartfelt conversation, creative connecting, and authentic relating spark meaningful and lasting friendships. Using my Clear Communication Compass™, a conscious communication framework I’ve developed over 33 years as a personal development facilitator, we explore healthy inter-relational dynamics, identify patterns that may hold us back, and practice building connections from a level playing field.
