It introduces key principles of ballet technique in an accessible way, because ballet can be for everybody. Expect well-explained exercises, flowing choreography blending contemporary and ballet - and a great workout!We start with a series of (barre-less) barre exercises in the centre to build core strength, progressing to movements that travel across the space, and a longer phrase. We focus on finding fluidity and enjoyment in movement rather than the perfect turnout.Adults (18+) of all levels welcome, from seasoned practitioners to beginners with basic (not necessarily recent) experience of movement such as yoga or dance. This is a good vibes class focused on finding joy, challenge and growth in movement!What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
