These guidelines are here to ensure a calm, safe, and respectful experience for both humans and cats.🧘 During the SessionPlease follow the guidance shared by the yoga instructor at the beginning of the session, including any house rules relating to the cats.The yoga practice is intentionally slow and gentle. If at any point a cat comes too close and you feel it could become distracting or unsafe, please pause your movement.You may gently redirect a cat if you feel comfortable doing so, but this is not expected. The yoga instructor or a member of staff will be available to help if needed.Please do not pick up, grab, or carry cats around the room.Try to ignore the cats during the active yoga portion and allow them to go about their own business — resting, observing, or playing independently.🌿 After the Session (Relaxation Time)After the yoga practice, we allow time for rest and gentle interaction with the cats.Always sanitise your hands before engaging with the cats.Avoid disturbing cats who are sleeping or relaxing.
