Beginner's Crystal Healing Workshop

This half-day course is a gentle, practical introduction to working with crystals.

It’s designed for beginners and for those who feel drawn to crystals but aren’t quite sure how to use them with confidence.

Rather than memorising lists of meanings, we focus on direct experience — learning how to sense, work with, and trust your own awareness when using crystals.

No previous experience is needed.

During the course, we will explore:

• Basic chakra layout

An introduction to the chakra system and how crystals can support balance and flow within it.

• Cleansing and charging crystals

Simple, effective ways to cleanse and recharge crystals, including when and why to do this.

• Rough vs smooth crystals

Understanding the energetic differences between rough, raw crystals and polished stones, and how each is best used.

• Everyday uses for crystals

How to work with crystals practically — including wearing them, placing them near the body, and using them during sleep.

• Dowsing

A beginner-friendly introduction to dowsing, learning how crystals can help guide awareness and choice.

• Crystal meditation

A guided meditation using crystals to deepen connection, awareness, and calm.

• Cleansing yourself with selenite

How to use selenite for self-cleansing and energetic clarity.

• Grounding with crystals

Learning how to use crystals to feel more settled, present, and connected — especially useful for sensitive people.
