This is a beautiful practice for connecting with yourself, your community and for opening the heart.This event will be held at UNITARIAN CHURCH-Central Brighton!We will start at 7:15pm ( finish around 9:30pm) doors open at 7pm! Bring a blanket/ cushion/yoga mat or anything you need to be comfortable.These events are run by donation, and we ask for a donation of between £10-£15 depending on your financial situation.
