Age is just a number. Or is it? UK culture is not very kind about age and worships youth, in a time when we're all living longer! This workshop will help you develop a positive attitude towards your age. It could be the best time of your life.
Corinne Sweet is a regular columnist for the local West Hill newsletter, Whistler. She is a Humanistic Psychotherapist, Broadcaster and writer. She has written over 20 books, been a magazine and media ‘agony aunt’ and Big Brother Psychologist. Corinne has lots of experience working with individuals, couples and groups, and is a practising psychotherapist in Brighton, London and online.
