What to expect: 

* Seasonal flow yoga with breath-work, helping to calm the mind and nervous system, to ground and centre you.       Seasonal Flow Yoga With Jo 

* Gong Sound Bath: Let the soothing tones of the gong wash over you, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and bliss.                                                        Relax Your Soul

* A taster session of Reiki/Crystal healing, to realign the body and energy centres, restoring peace and harmony into your system.                                                     Reiki Healing Hubs

* Bach Flower Essences: Discover the healing power of Bach Flower Essences helping to support emotional balance and well-being.                                            Jackie Byrd Bach Flower Essence Practitioner

* An introduction to crystals with a guided meditation. A perfect opportunity to pause, centre yourself and reconnect with your inner peace.                            Reiki Healing Hubs

Tea, coffee and juice will be provided.
Everyone will receive a gift bag.

Total cost £75
(£25 non refundable deposit to be paid upon booking, £50 to be paid by the 1st June.) 

Please bring your lunch, water bottle and a yoga mat.

If you have mobility issues, chairs can be provided for the yoga and gong sound bath.
