The much-loved Winterfest Creative Weekend will include a wide variety of Arts & Craft Taster Workshops, encouraging participants to try their hand at something new.

In addition to collage, pottery, painting, mixed media and printing offered by local creatives, there will also be mindful photography and writing sessions with a beach walk, and Spring garland making. A good mix of activities will be on offer for a range of abilities, with plenty for the kids as well.

Artists and makers donate their time and ask for a contribution to the cost of materials. Some are drop-in sessions and some will require booking. A detailed programme and booking info will be available via our website at the end of January.

Winterfest Galley café will run from 10am-4pm offering drinks and a wide range of sweet and savoury refreshments- all proceeds go to The Winterfest Wellbeing Fund. Vouchers for the galley and some workshops will be available to clients of Brightlingsea Foodbank.
