What is NLNL Bright? ?

No Lights No Lycra is a casual free-form dance session in the dark for the pure joy of dancing! It’s about moving how you want, no one’s watching!

At the heart of No Lights No Lycra (NLNL) is the belief that everyone can dance, it was a global dance community that started in Melbourne by two friends in 2009, and how now grown to over 75 locations all around the world!

There is no light, no lycra (you can wear lycra if you want ?), no teacher, no steps to learn, no technique - just free movement.

NLNL is a space where you can completely let go and shake out the stresses of the week.

Why should you come and support?

You donation to NLNL Bright Community via the Community Keg will go to our hire of the Porepunkah Hall and new speakers to keep those tunes fresh and poppin!

Come and meet the community you boogie with in the dark, but this time with some lights and a bev!

A fun Dance activation in the Brewhouse will be available.

So come along and check it out and say hi!

How does the Community Keg work?

1. Grab your friends and family and head down to Bright Brewery from 5pm on Wednesday, July 30.

2. Ask for a pot/schooner/pint from our Community Keg tap.

3. Instead of paying us for your beer, you make a donation to the No Lights, No Lyrca. Donate* as much as you like – it’s all for the community!

4. We will donate 100% of proceeds from the keg to the beneficiary.

*Minimum donation applies.
