We begin with a cup of rich, ceremonial-grade cacao, lovingly prepared to honour its long history as a heart medicine. For thousands of years, cacao has been used by indigenous cultures as a way to awaken creativity, enhance clarity, and deepen connection to self and others. As you sip, you may notice the warmth spreading through your chest, your heart softening and your spirit lifting. Cacao is more than a drink — it is a gentle teacher, reminding us of joy, openness, and the beauty of slowing down.
Guided Meditation & Intention Setting
With cacao flowing through your body, you’ll be guided into meditation. This is a time to breathe deeply, anchor into the present, and set intentions for your evening — whether that’s releasing stress, opening to self-love, or simply giving yourself the gift of stillness.
Sound Healing Journey
From here, the evening unfolds into a deep sound bath. Surrounded by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be carried into a state of profound relaxation. The vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to calm the nervous system, release tension, and realign your energy. Closing Circle
