Amaris and Valera are very excited to invite you to a very special Sound Bath ceremony on March 8 @6pm at The Atrium Sanctuary in Bothell, WA ( this is South Bothell/ North Kirkland)
This ceremony is a blend of a tea ceremony, a sacred sound bath ritual designed to support conscious release, energetic clearing, and emotional renewal, and a closing circle.
We gather in ceremony to gently let go of what no longer serves us, attachments that drain our vitality or keep us tethered to the past. This may include releasing addictions (to technology, sugar, caffeine, or substances), unresolved trauma still living in the body, or relationships and energetic cords that have completed their purpose.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a nourishing Ayurvedic tea and guided into a reflective container where you will distill your intentions through writing. This grounding ritual prepares the body and nervous system for deeper work.
From there, we move into the cord cutting ceremony, supported by an orchestra of sound. Carefully selected frequency chimes, sound instruments, and guided visualization will assist you in consciously cutting cords and reclaiming your personal energy. Sound becomes the bridge—helping the body, mind, and spirit release what words alone cannot.
This ceremony is intentionally aligned with International Women’s Day, a global celebration of feminine wisdom, beauty, and spiritual power. Here, femininity is not defined by gender, but understood as an essential energetic quality, soft yet powerful, receptive yet transformative. Clearing and honoring this feminine energy is vital for all of us, regardless of gender.
The ceremony concludes with a closing circle, offering space for reflection, sharing, and integration.
