Bridport Dementia Support Group- Forget me Not

Bridport Forget-Me-Not Dementia Support Group is a bi-weekly get together for a cuppa and a chat, brain training activities and guest speakers to learn about what support is available in the local area. There's no need to book, just drop in.

For individuals living with dementia and their carers, finding a supportive and engaging environment can make a significant difference. Our Forget me not groups offer a dedicated space where those affected by dementia can come together.

Trained staff members can support, signpost, and provide information aswell as hosting various guest speakers and brain stimulation activities. These gatherings not only provide practical support but also foster a sense of community and shared experience.
