For individuals living with dementia and their carers, finding a supportive and engaging environment can make a significant difference. Our Forget me not groups offer a dedicated space where those affected by dementia can come together. 

Trained staff members can support, signpost, and provide information aswell as hosting various guest speakers and brain stimulation activities. These gatherings not only provide practical support but also foster a sense of community and shared experience.
