- **Event Description**: We’ve teamed up with the brilliant Nicky McMitchan Scottish Ceilidh Band and the Ritz Pavilion in Driffield to raise vital funds for Max Appeal, a charity that supports individuals and families affected by DiGeorge syndrome. Max Appeal provides essential resources, funds research, and creates opportunities for adventure and connection.

This cause is especially close to our hearts. Three members of our family have received incredible support from Max Appeal this year. DiGeorge syndrome is a complex condition caused by missing parts of the 22nd chromosome, and it affects everyone differently. One of our loved ones, 13-year-old Jess, is currently undergoing neurosurgery at Leeds General Infirmary — and we want to give back in a meaningful way.

Each of the dances is kindly sponsored by a local business, and we’d like to extend a huge thank you for their generous support.
Food will be a hog roast, accompanied by a variety of tasty puddings.

There’ll be a Charity Auction, a Raffle, and—most importantly—a whole lot of fun!

The event is open to all — from seasoned dancers to those like Abi, who proudly claims to have two left feet! So, whether you come in jeans or kilts, grab a drink, enjoy a hog roast and pudding, and get ready to dance the night away.
