How can we create capacity to change within the individual and our communities in Somerset?We will explore ways that local and national organisations are seeking to create change, build resilience and prevent the need for intervention when people and communities are at crisis point. Through a mixture of panel debates, breakouts and presentations we want to start a new conversation that will inform our work in Year 3 of our strategy and beyond.
