Taylor accepts donations on a sliding scale $5-$30 for hour meditations. Taylor brings over a decade of practice to his guidance, drawing on mindfulness meditation as well as Buddhist and yogic traditions. His exploration of meditation began as a necessity while working in the high-stress policy world of Capital Hill, where he discovered the transformative power of stillness. You may know Taylor from his meditation hikes in the mountain and lakes regions, where he helps practitioners connect stillness within the natural world.

Taylor has trained for over 15 years in many different meditation and spiritual traditions, including mindfulness, Zen, and ancient yogic traditions. Taylor teaches meditation and movement practices that emphasize being present with what's here and opening to our boundless capacity.

Taylor will be offering practices throughout the year to fit your schedule and commitment level: Hour-long meditations (perfect for a weekly recharge), Day-long meditations (dive deeper into focused practice), Weekend retreats (a full immersion into meditative practices).
