Join us as the seasons change for a short hike where we'll practice consciously opening to the beauty and resource of the natural world. The practice of walking with awareness and receptivity allows us to disconnect from our stressed and looping every-day minds, and make contact with peace, ease, and nourishment. We'll also sit together for a short guided meditation, opening to this natural benevolence and allowing it to work with anything struggling within ourselves.

About your guide, Taylor Share: Taylor has trained in many different meditation and spiritual traditions, including mindfulness, Vipassana, Zen, ancient yogic traditions, and more.
