This is the process of dropping out of your head and back into yourself, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to become a safe place again.Midday — Understand what's happening Paula guides you through the science of why you feel the way you do — the nervous system, the patterns, the loops. Then a group hypnosis session to begin clearing the subconscious blocks that have been running the show. Followed by journaling, integration, and a nourishing lunch — all food chosen intentionally to support your nervous system.Afternoon — Find the way forward Using NLP and somatic tools, we work with what the morning uncovered. You leave not with a list of things to do — but with a felt sense of who you are underneath all of it, and clarity on your next step.Evening — Be held (closing at 7pm) We close the day together with intuitive energy healing — held by both Paula and Donna.
