This event is OPEN TO ALL not just our coven ladies… so if you have been curious about what happens at the Wild Women’s Academy this is a great chance to come along and discover the magic for yourself. This year our annual summer solstice celebrations centre around the ancient magic of the earth and we would love to invite you along to join us… These times are calling us to connect more deeply with our ancient roots, to nature, plants, the land… the elements… The true medicine and power of the natural world we live in…. the seasons and cycles of all life. We will connect together as women in circle… an ancient practice in itself. We will welcome the ancient magic of earth as we celebrate and give thanks for the Summer Solstice.. we will weave powerful spells, bless our beloved mother earth in ceremony and take root a little deeper as ourselves. Our dress code this year is GREEN. ? All held in a magical 6 bedroom house in the Shropshire countryside on the wellness woodlands estate in Highley. This year our celebrations start at noon and our day ticket magic runs until 7pm. There is also the option to stay the night for our Folklore Fire Tales and Sunrise Cacao ceremony. Here’s what to expect from the day… Opening welcome ceremony Solstice blessings as we call the corners and invoke our magic circle… celebrating and blessing the longest day. We will weave our intentions into ribbon bracelets . Lighting our solstice candle and giving thanks to the full bloom of summer! We Jump the broom crossing the threshold into midsummer! Drink mead and enjoy a celebration of cake and snacks! Break Sacred Earth Ceremony Connecting in an open field… we set our own powerful Protection before our magic making. In unison, hand in hand, we call back our power. I am a priestess of the wild earth and I reclaim my power now! We perform a Blessing for mother Gaia, touching the earth and Giving offerings. Then Blessing the elements… I am of the earth and the earth is of me … connecting with their power. Receiving a gift of each element for our own sacred alter. We end our ceremony with the Drum and chant and circle together. Break We will Sigil Mark and Consecrate your elemental items making them sacred for your alter. Carve and decorate your candle fire offering, use sigils or symbols to add power to your stones and shells and weave with the magic of coloured ribbons for your feathers As we consecrate we will Weave an Elemental Alter Jar offering with all the magic of each element and your own bespoke desires as we learn about and connect with the power of each element. Sharing buffet- Break Commanding the Crystal - an abundance spell. The vibration of crystals and their frequency determines their uses and purposes. The energies they connect to and hold instill the properties that we desire them for. We can work with and command a piece of crystsl to hold our own intentions. Instill intentions into your own green adventurine Crystal spell necklace.. calling in all our desires at this potent hour of high summer. Using energy healing and our own energy to connect with the Crystal. We close our circle and end our day time celebrations with a drinks reception. Daytime celebrations finish at 7pm. Our evening celebrations begin with shared dinner served at 7.30pm… a solstice feast of fresh food, hot food and yummy puddings.. together with drinks. Vegan and veggie options. No meat. At 9pm we settle around the solstice fire pit for Spooky Folklore takes with our resident coven folklorist Amy Boucher… spooky fireside tales of the local area, of witches, devils and local crytids alongside Marshmellows, hot chocolate and warm blankets. With Drumming around the fire before bed. 4.30am sunrise cacao ceremony Blessings and intentions on the solstice morning for the coming months., 8am - breakfast is served… toast, eggs, avacados, halloumi, vegan bacon, orange juice, fruit salad, pastries, tea and coffee. 9.30am solar meditation and sun blessings. Drawing down the sun. 11am Goodbyes and close at noon. Here are the ticket options: •Day ticket: 12-7pm - £111 (only 25 places) All daytime ceremonies and celebrations up until 7pm. •Day and evening ticket: £177 (only 8 spaces) flexible sleeping NO ROOM. 12 noon Saturday to 12 noon Sunday. Includes all daytime and evening ceremonies… food and midnight ceremonies together with cacao sunrise ceremony on the solstice. Sleeping arrangements will be flexible on campers or blow beds in other areas of the house and you will need to bring your own bed and bedding. Campervan or small pop up tent is also an option in the small garden or car park. You will need to provide all your own bedding and bed for this option. •Day and evening ticket with SHARED ROOM: £222 (only 10 places) 12 noon Saturday to 12 noon Sunday. Including overnight shared accommodation in twin room with single bed, evening meal and midnight ceremonies together with cacao sunrise ceremony on the solstice.
