Wellness in Motion: A Family Yoga Adventure with Goats & Sheep invites families and participants of all ages to stretch, breathe, and play alongside our friendly goats and sheep in a peaceful, movement-based experience.
Guided by licensed physical and/or occupational therapists, participants will enjoy fun yoga, calming mindfulness activities, and animal interaction—all thoughtfully designed to support motor skills, emotional regulation, and meaningful family connection.
This inclusive event welcomes all ages and abilities and is intended for families to enjoy together—each participant must be registered with and accompanied by a caregiver or responsible adult.
Multiple sessions are available to suit your schedule—join one, a few or all!
