Join us March 7th at 10am for Rise and Align. A gentle stretch, journaling and breath work session with Shaelyn, designed to prioritize and celebrate your feminine energetics. Take a step back from all that you’re doing, and join in tuning back into the energetics behind who you’re being. Find your way back to her essence, while being surrounded by other women who want the same for themselves.

All levels welcome. Zero strings attached. Please bring a journal, moveable clothing and a positive open mind. Invite anyone you feel may benefit from this experience :)
