Move Together

Get ready to move, groove, and build strength in our Move Together Group at The Bridge Center!

This inclusive, high-energy class is designed for individuals of all ages and abilities and is led by a licensed Physical Therapist who brings both therapeutic expertise and dance-fueled fun to every session. Participants will enjoy upbeat music, easy-to-follow choreography, and a supportive atmosphere that encourages movement, self-expression, and fitness — all while working on motor coordination, balance, endurance, and body awareness.

Whether your goal is to improve physical health, boost confidence, or just have a blast with others, this group offers a dynamic way to stay active and have fun!

This inclusive event welcomes all ages and abilities and is intended for families to enjoy together—each participant must be registered with and accompanied by a caregiver or responsible adult.

Multiple sessions are available to suit your schedule—join one or bothl! Sessions take place on Wednesdays, 4–4:45 p.m., on November 26 and December 10.
