Join Mindfulness Australia at Bridgewater Library.
This free 8 week program is an evidence based course for reducing stress, anxiety and depression and increasing wellbeing.
The course starts Sunday 12 April. It will be held on Sundays, 10:00 am – 12:30 pm. As the Library is closed that day, please ensure you are on time for the session to enable easy access to the building.
