Slowed Braised Short Ribs with a red wine demi-glace
paired with 2024 Cabernet Franc

Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with lemon basil crema
paired with 2017 Blanc de Blancs
Both are served with seasonal herb polenta and rosemary thyme asparagus

Dessert
Decadent chocolate bundt cake with chocolate mint ganache
paired with 2023 Cabernet Franc or Crooked & Weedy
