A Spring Equinox "HarmoNidra" event: Saturday March 21st, 4:00-6:00pm with Dawn Perrier.

Dawn has been guiding yoga, meditation and sound healing events for almost 10 years now, and would love to have you join in Liverpool's Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing event.

What to expect:

* A warm welcome/ Introduction and a gentle warm up to start.
(No yoga experience is required. Suitable for all ages, all bodies and all abilities).
* Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) to balance the body/mind after our warm-up.
* A 60+ minute restorative Yoga Nidra practice/ meditation.
* 30 minutes of Sound Healing.

You will be bathed by the indescribable vibrations of a 30" Symphonic Gong, (her name is "Leela" and she would love to meet you!) a powerful set of Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Wind Chimes, Sacred Drumming, Tingsha Bells, Rain Sticks and more.

This experience is done laying down on your back, on your mat (or your chair or cushions), with eyes closed, completely relaxed in "Savasana" or "Corpse pose."
Here you will remain still, relaxed, as comfortable and as cozy as possible (with the support of your props), simply following the guided instructions leading you inwards on a journey of deep relaxation, release, transformation and healing.
