Starting at noon, registration at 11AM

It was April of 1974 when Hippy Jim Cloninger and William Bear Massey took to the river on homemade rafts to honor the phantom ducks of the river.The next year, they started offering prizes for the winners, and the event has been going for 51 years!
The Race spans three-mile of the Ottauquechee River from a home near the Long Trail Brewery in Bridgewater Corners and ending at the Bridgewater Mill.
All Raft must be homemade and self propelled. 
Life Jackets are encouraged. 
Raft at your own risk.
