2025 GET Fit Open

Its that time of year!!!

Join us for 4 weeks of fun, camaraderie, and pushing yourself outside your comfort zone!

From Thanksgiving to Christmas, we run our GET Fit Open, where each week we announce a workout of the week that is short and sweet! You will pick a time slot Friday night or Saturday morning each week after the workout has been announced to do your workout. If you cannot make Friday nights or Saturday morning times work, you can make it up on a make-up day with others. You will go against 1-3 other people. Every movement is offered modifications so this is for everyone! At the end of each week, you earn points for your time, reps, weights etc.

While you're working out, other members are here to cheer you on, people bring their family and friends to cheer them on as well! This competition is all about camaraderie and support of doing hard things for yourself! If you've never done the Open before, think of Bootcamp or XFit class but smooshed into a 7-12 minute workout where you give it your all.
