Join us with Ms. Hilary as the Tri-State Bird Rescue and Research present a “Baby Birds & Nests” program on Thursday, October 9th @ 11am. Students will discover the differences between altricial and precocial birds and will examine the nests of different bird species. Emphasis in this program will be placed on the care native wild birds receive at Tri-State Bird Rescue & Research. They will bring actual bird nests of different species for the children to look at, as well as learn about the behaviors of birds making nests. Registration is required.
