CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION - DELUXE WEDDING PACKAGE GIVEAWAY

1. Eligibility
• Entry is open to couples aged 18 years or over who are engaged or intend to be married.
• Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Peninsula House are not eligible.

2. How to Enter
• Attend the Peninsula House Wedding Open Day on 1st November 2025 or 29 November 2025.
• Complete an entry form at one of the Open Days and submit it at the designated entry point at the Venue.
• Only one entry per couple is permitted.

3. Prize
• The winning couple will receive a Deluxe Hire Package at Peninsula House, valued at $12,500 (ex GST).
• Prize is valid for weddings held before January 2027, subject to availability.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
• The winner will be drawn at random on 12 December 2025 from all valid entries received.
• The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

5. Conditions of Prize
• The winning couple must book their wedding directly with Peninsula House.
• Any additional costs outside the inclusions of the Deluxe Wedding Package will be the responsibility of the winner [see details on Deluxe Hire Package on website: peninsulahouse.com.au].
• The Standard Peninsula House booking hire terms and conditions apply.

6. General
• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
• Peninsula House reserves the right to verify eligibility and to amend or cancel the competition if necessary.
• By entering, participants consent to Peninsula House using their name and image for promotional purposes, without further compensation.
