Foreday Morning Jam

Foreday Morning Jam is one of the most anticipated events of the Crop Over season, an unforgettable celebration of music, movement, and freedom.

The experience begins just after midnight as bands take to the streets of Bridgetown and the energy shifts into high gear. Paint, powder, water, and mud fill the air as masqueraders get covered from head to toe, moving together behind music trucks pumping nonstop soca.

It’s an electrifying mix of rhythm, colour, and community. You’ll be surrounded by thousands of revellers, all sharing the road, the music, and the moment, dancing, celebrating, and embracing the spirit of Crop Over in its most high-energy form.

From midnight until sunrise, Foreday Morning Jam is pure, uninhibited joy, a unique fusion of culture, creativity, and Caribbean expression.
