The Reel Thing Film Discussion Club

If you love movies and love talking about them, then you’re invited to join Cumberland County Library’s new film discussion club, The Reel Thing, for an afternoon film followed by a thought-provoking discussion. The club will meet one Saturday every month, and club members take turns picking the films we’ll watch and discuss at upcoming meetings. Our next meeting is on Saturday, November 22 from 1-4 pm.

In this critically-acclaimed film, Ivan Locke (Tom Hardy),
a dedicated family man and successful construction manager, receives a phone call that sets in motion a series of events that threaten his carefully cultivated existence. This film is rated R.
